Board of Governors

The Students' Union executive consisting of the President and the 3 Vice Presidents sit on the Board of Governors on behalf of the students. This Board meets once every three months and discuss issues relating to the university such as investments, senate, negotiations, ethics, etc.

The Board of Governers consists of :
12 members Appointed by the Minister of Education
12 Appointed by the Board of Governors
4 Appointed by Faculty
4 Appointed by the Student Body of CBU
2 Appointed by the Cape Breton Development Corporation
