The Students' Union Bylaws are the rules by which the Students' Union operates.

The Students' Union Administrative Policies & Procedures (AP&P) are the policies and procedures on how daily office operations are run in the Students' Union.

The Students' Union Elections Act is the set of rules that candidates must follow when campaigning to be elected for President, Vice President Academic, or a member of the SRC of the Students' Union.
Elections Act
The Student's Union Emergency Bursary Fund is a service of the Students' Union to provide assistance to students who experience unforeseen circumstances which leave students in immediate financial need! The fund is not for regular financial hardships experienced by most students. Students are expected to have exhausted other means of support before applying for an emergency bursary.
The following application must be completed and returned to the Students' Union, where a copy of your valid government-issued identification and student identification card will be taken. All information is kept strictly confidential. Note: MBA students and ICEAP students are not eligible for emergency bursaries as they do not pay Students' Union Fees.

SOCIETIES
All students wishing to form a society must complete and submit a Society Application Form. Forms shall be submitted to Philip Campbell, VP Finance & Operations and are due no later than Friday, October 1st at 4:00PM.

Whenever a society wishes to deposit funds into their Students' Union account, the following form must be completed and returned to Philip Campbell, VP Finance & Operations along with the funds to be deposited.

Whenever a society wished to withdraw funds from their Students' Union Account, the following form must be completed and submitted to Debbie McIntyre, Finance Officer. Forms MUST be submitted with MINIMUM THREE DAYS NOTICE!
