CBUSU Societies

There are currently over 20 societies organized through the Students’ Union by students just like YOU addressing a wide range of interests.  Societies are based on a diverse scope of academic, athletic, cultural, political, and recreational interests.

How to Create a Society…

EASY!  Students who would like to form a society around an interest which is not currently addressed may do so by filling out a society application form.  Applications are available both online at cbusu.com and at the Students’ Union front desk and are due Friday, October 1st, 2010 at 4pm.  All societies must apply for ratification each academic year.  For more information on anything regarding societies, please contact Philip Campbell, Vice President of Finance and Operations (vp-finance@cbusu.com, 563-1193).  For your convenience, a “Society Get Involved Fair” will follow this year’s Frosh Week from September 20th - 24th  in the CBU Commons!

Societies are a great way to get involved and to enjoy the activities you love with people who share the same interests as you!
